OHS Driving Under the Influence (DUI) Program
OHS Driving Under the Influence (DUI) Program has played an instrumental role in improving the safety of our roads in California for more than 30 years. Over the last year, the COVID-19 pandemic has greatly affected our services. Despite our best efforts to adjust to rapidly evolving circumstances, including implementing our work-from-home solution and offering our services via telehealth and telephonically, we have made the decision to stop our services and exit the business.
This is not a decision we undertook lightly, but after thoughtful consideration of all of our options, we regret to announce that we will no longer operate the DUI Program.
As we plan for our transition of ending our services, we want to provide you with the following information:
- April 20, 2021 we will stop providing direct services and begin transferring active and leave of absence program participant records of attendance to receiving programs. - April 20, 2021 we will begin calculations to determine if a balance is due to us, or a refund to you. (OHS will only charge for services provided, and transfer-out fees will be waived) Payment may be made at https://ohs.mhn.com/payment.html
- Participants that are eligible for completion by June 11, 2021 will be completed at OHS and all DMV and Court documentation will be submitted.
Please phone our call center at (855) 384-8055 for any additional updates.
Together we will work with you to ensure a safe and successful transition in the weeks ahead.
